2026 Cellar Cyndicate now includes a shipping option for fans beyond Southern California
For years, access to Pure Project’s most experimental barrel-aged beers was limited to locals who could visit a taproom in person. Not anymore.
Starting this fall, the San Diego-based brewery is expanding its coveted bottle membership program — the Cellar Cyndicate — to fans across the U.S. via a new partnership with Tavour, the craft beer delivery platform. The move offers out-of-state members their first chance to receive Pure Project’s rarest barrel-aged stouts and sours, without needing to pick them up in person.
“The Cellar Cyndicate is where we showcase our most special and experimental beers,” said Winslow Sawyer, Co-founder and Brewer. “With Tavour, we’re finally able to share that experience beyond our local community and bring these unique beers to fans across the country who’ve supported us from afar for years.”
What’s in the membership?
The non-local 2026 Cellar Cyndicate includes 12 bottles per year — a curated mix of member-exclusive releases and special stouts and sours — shipped in two installments, one in spring and one in fall. Members will also be eligible for additional bottle purchases through Tavour.
Pure Project will continue offering its traditional local Cellar Cyndicate as well. Local members receive the same 12-bottle allotment for in-person pickup at the Vista or Miramar taprooms, along with perks like exclusive events and discounted tickets to the 2026 Anniversary Party.
Memberships open October 21
