Mark Szmaida, head brewer at Chelsea Brewing Co., is very patient with Wendy Bounds, Wall Street Journal’s “Off Duty” Host. She’s signed up to “Talk Smart About Beer,” and Szmaida has lined up a nice array of beer styles and a little fatherly patience to help Bounds learn about the variety of beer on the market today. Well, Bounds is clearly a wine lover, which is fine, but the big problem here is she doesn’t really help teach us anything about beer. In fact, she doesn’t appear to be learning anything about beer either, though she does discover the there are four main ingredients at the end. For what little she learns, we give total credit to Szmaida. He’s trying hard. At the very least, this video gives us a nice overview of Chelsea Brewing’s craft beer selection. Watch it if you’re mean and judgmental like us.
