Achtung! Beer Institute releases October 2016 domestic tax paid estimate

Taxes. You should probably pay them. I mean, just look at all the cool stuff the government wastes your money on. This week, the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers, which is why we bring it up. The October 2016 estimate is 13,159,000 barrels, a decrease of 7.3 percent versus October 2015 removals of 14,195,000 barrels. Please note that the estimates reflect revised estimates released by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Now, enjoy the chart below.
