The SennosM3 is a modular, in-tank sensor stack engineered to monitor fermentation continuously. It captures key brewing parameters, including:

  • Gravity
  • pH
  • Temperature
  • Pressure
  • Dissolved oxygen
  • Conductivity
  • Ambient temperature
  • Ambient pressure

The unit installs in a standard 1.5-inch sample port and sends live data directly to the cloud-connected platform. Brewers can view and compare results in real time from desktop or mobile devices.

The Sennosystem explained

The Sennosystem combines three core components:

  • SennosM3: precision sensor modules that deliver high-fidelity, in-tank data.
