It’s Monday, it’s lunch time and I’m hungry. I get easily distracted, so I’m watching Steven Unrue, culinary director of Sun King Brewing Co., cook up wonderful looking meat treats that I want to eat. Then I realize that Chef Steven is maybe posting his last Cooking with Sun King video (of the season? Forever? Watch above), and now I’m sad and even hungrier. Sun King beer always reminds me of relaxing on my brother’s porch in Columbus, Ind., sipping Sunlight Cream Ale and pretending to grille. I will definitely demand he make this Smoked Mexican Chicken Dip next time I’m there.
