Last week, the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers for April 2022: The April 2022 estimate is 13,700,000 barrels (bbls), a decrease of 5.9 percent compared to April 2021 removals of 14,557,000 bbls. Mark your calendars: The May 2022 domestic tax paid estimate is scheduled to be released on June 29, 2022.
